Plates

Each plate is stamped with a homicide victim's name and the date of occurrence, with two names per plate. The plate is then placed in the vicinity of the homicide based on information retrieved from the Tribune or Chronicle. I.E. victim #1 is on plate #1 placed at location of homicide #1. Location of homicide #2 has a plate with both victim #1 and #2's names on it, and so on.

The process starts itself over at the beginning of each month.
